His mission is to celebrate the richness of Italian heritage while creating experiences that unite communities across South Carolina, Georgia, and beyond. Cibelli aims to introduce a series of high-profile cultural events, from elegant galas and culinary showcases to educational programs and heritage festivals that highlight the traditions, history, and contributions of Italian-Americans. His leadership represents a bridge between generations—honoring the legacy of those who came before while inspiring today’s Italian-American families to stay connected, proud, and involved. With Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry becoming nationally recognized cultural destinations, Casimiro sees an incredible opportunity to expand NIAF’s presence and create unforgettable moments that celebrate faith, family, food, and Italian pride.
